LOWDAS is a shorten for "Let Orphans,Widows and Disabled Arise and Shine". Throughout many life issues that ev Espoir Hakizimana the founder went through, including of being not only an orphan but also a refugee. with his fellows went not astray to the idea of widening activities that are not only for spiritual growth but trying to change people's lives as they were the testimonials of the lives they are in and the life they wished.

Thus, by analyzing their surrounding population comes idea to start a project LOWDAS that should be a part in the Ministry to help members of the Ministry in need and also population outside the ministry including from different churches and villages actually going together with the meaning of the Project.

And officially the project was out in 2021 and only in one year changes to people have been reached through many strategies and challenges overcoming, and the vision to this project is large with the aim to get it close to every one in need as God will never forsake his people till end!.
